Launch of .as IDN - American Samoa

AS Domain Registry has announced that it will launch registrations of internationalized domain names (IDNs) under the .as country code top-level domain (ccTLD) on 20th January 2005. Pre-registrations can be made between 20th and 30th January and between 1st and 15th February is the designated name “lottery” registration period. The process of determining the “lottery winners” starts on 16th and ends on 28th February. There will be a general availability ("first-come, first-served") of IDN .as domain names from 1st March 2005.
